Orders
If you are interested in a gecko or group of geckos, please contact us through the form on the contact page or through email to ensure availability. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Holds and Deposits
We will hold any geckos with a 25% non-refundable deposit for 14 days, or 30 days with a full payment. Pending the clearing of personal checks we will hold geckos for 7 days. We will hold geckos indefinitely with payment in full due to bad shipping conditions. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee after payment or deposit.
Payment
We accept and prefer Paypal although we also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before shipping out.
Shipping
We ship UPS Next Day Air to the contiguous United States for a flat $50 fee on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We will postpone shipment if weather condition warrants it- below 40 or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Guarantee
We guarantee that geckos are 100% healthy and happy at the time of shipment and guarantee live arrival. Once the geckos leave our facilities we will only be responsible for their health for the first 48 hours since they will no longer be under our supervision. IF FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT IS MADE AND NO ONE IS PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE THE LIVE GUARANTEE IS NO LONGER VALID. Buyer must be there to receive the gecko shipment.
We only guarantee sex if they are labeled as 'visually sexed'. Temperature sexed geckos are not guaranteed as temperature sexing is not 100% accurate.
If geckos are not alive upon arrival you must contact us immediately- we will also need photographic view within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase also contact us within 48 hours. Upon our discretion we may replace geckos with those of equal or greater value or give a full money refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
